Camera driver for Sony Ericsson K550/W610

Modified, non official camdriver. based on my 2.9 k800i camdriver.

Changes:
- Stable buffers for all modes
- fixed whitebalance

- Videorecord
– Normal Mode – 21fps – 24fps
– Night Mode – 10fps – 15fps

- JPEG Compression level: 94% normal, 98% fine

- colour correction – taken from Strong’s k750i/w800i increases colour saturation and balances out colours.

- Document – a mode of shooting from distance 5cm, with more sharpness and colour.

- Autofocus settings from my 2.9 K800 driver

- More quality of photos at any time, because of optimum adjustments in mode settings.

More in detail about modes (in brackets name for 3 series) :

- Auto: Normal Mode. Set the camera to automatically adjust settings for a picture.
Standard values of sharpness 01 and contrast 00. Automatic ISO & shutter speeds.

- Twilight Landscape: use for pictures at night or in poorly lit envinronments,Has shutter speed or 1/4 and iso 320,for a really good night pic select solzarie from effects.

- Twilight Portrait: it is intended for shooting in twilight or at night,Has shutter speed or 1/4 and iso 320,for a really good night pic select solzarie from effects.

- Landscape (Landscape): use for landscape pictures has special whitebalance & focus, ISO is auto and shutter speed is auto.

- Super Night mode™ (select solzarie from under effects): specialy created for taking pics in very dark/pitch black places has no noise and very clear pics with 1/2 shutter speed and iso 125,the phone must be held very still.

– Auto: automatic mode. Use automatic settings, to adjust the parameters of image.

– Landscape at dusk (Night Landscape, Night Landscape): filming in a poor light. Much time excerpts, try to keep still for the camera, or put it on a firm, stable surface. Excerpt least 1 / 2 seconds. ISO 100 mode when starting. You can change (key + EV).
Autofocus in this mode is not exploited.

– Portrait at dusk (Night mode, Night Mode): filming in a poor light. Much time excerpts, try to keep still for the camera, or put it on a firm, stable surface. Excerpt least 1 / 2 seconds. ISO 250 mode when starting. You can change (key + EV).
Autofocus unlike the previous regime involved. C below the clarity and contrast. From version 2.37 is used measurements on the central point for better focusing.

– Landscape (Landscape, Landscape): shooting landscapes (focusing on distant objects). Analogous to the regime Night landscape but for shooting with good coverage.
ISO 100 mode when starting. You can change (key + EV).
Autofocus in this mode is not exploited.

– Portrait (Evening shooting, Night Mode Lite): almost complete analog regime Night mode, but with a few more short excerpt. The regime is well suited for shooting in low lighting / in overcast weather / evening. If the photos in this mode go dark, go for regime Night mode. ISO 250 mode when starting. You can change (key + EV). From version 2.37 is used measurements on the central point for better focusing.

– Beach / Snow (Shooting texts, Text Mode): shooting mode for shooting texts, documents, pages of books / magazines / newspapers. Increased clarity and contrast. ISO 100 mode when starting. You can change (key + EV).

– Sport (Sports, Sports): intended for shooting bystrodvizhuschihsya objects. Because of the short excerpts sure of adequate coverage. ISO 200 mode when starting. You can change (key + EV).

1. High regime is a regime of high-quality original settings from the staffing driver.

1) Reformulated and balanced system of compression JPEG:
– The maximum percentage of quality in both types of compression – 95%.
– Changes in the table kvantizatsii for lesser loss of data on the photo.
– The approximate size mode SuperFine: 700-900kb (such photos for a variety of useful follow-up treatments in the graphic. Editors)
– The approximate size in the mode of Fine: 450-550kb (such photos are suitable for all conditions of life, but after multiple treatments may occur artifacts)
– Balanced buffer – 930kb, heap does not prevent the phone and prevents “departure” from the chamber.

Note: To the human eye the difference between the two types of compression may be indistinguishable.

2) Corrections in Avtofokusa modes:
– Fixed “Unlimited” in all modes.
– Fixed Macro (minimum focal distance ~ 7 cm).
– Fewer errors when focusing.

Note: Keep in mind that in the following situations may be incorrect autofocus work: when bad light, removes the subject of a continuous or as quick moves, shooting objects contrast sharply with one another. For more accurate measurements central focus use (Zamer -> Central), if possible, and focuses on the required subject. If you go nesfokusirovannymi shots (appears mutah, “soap”) in the mode of infinity – use a different version of S1 (from a folder ois1), or use autofocus.

3) Fixed and new (based on the old) shooting modes:

Changes:

I) Dorabotannaya and balanced system of compression JPEG:

II) Avtofokus
2.1) The question of infinity. At different phones requires a different meaning. Open the driver camera, find INFINITY_FOCUS = 00, 00 and instead try values from 00 to 07, select the best. (For example this is my 04)
2.2) Tips for use in the auto K550/W610:
Keep in mind that in the following situations may be incorrect autofocus work:
– When poor light
– The subject of a continuous Snimaemy
– Snimaemy object moves quickly
2.3) In this model phone CENTRAL autofocus. Try to focus on things you need, combining point of focus in the box you with the necessary object.
2.4) At a distance of 2.5 m-3m continue to use autofocus is meaningless advise stand “Unlimited” (assuming you find the right model for your weight).

III) Scenes (regimes scene):
3.1) Auto – for everyday shooting.
3.2) Landscape overcast – for shooting landscape in overcast weather.
3.3) Night mode – for shooting in poor light. A long excerpt up to 1 / 2 seconds.
3.4) Landscape solar – to capture the landscape with a very bright sunny lighting, automatically includes “Expansion DD.”
3.5) Anti-Shake – for shooting bystrodvizhuschihsya objects. A short excerpt is achieved by increasing the ISO.

IV) Expansion DD
